Life Update! – Women in Industry: PYLUSD EMPOWER Mentorship Program

Hi, blog!! Today was FUN!! I started my mentorship under the PYLUSD EMPOWER Mentorship Program for Women in Industry today! There were female mentors there that specialized in various fields ranging from medical to computer science. I immediately initiated a conversation with the cybersecurity and computer science mentors and they provided me with such important information. I actually met an alumnus from my high school who also did the Val Tech program at my school. She shared with me that she interned with Boeing for her Val Tech internship and made me super interested in doing the same internship!

I can't wait for the next mentorship session 🙂
