Linens N Love Partnership with the Comfort Inn & Suites Murrieta
500 linens pledged by the Comfort Inn & Suites Murrieta to Linens N Love!
A few weeks prior to June 27, 2019, Linens N Love began planning our partnership with the Comfort Inn and Suites Murrieta!! After my team and I decided on the presentation of our booth, we began working immediately on designing a successful booth that would be able to incorporate guest interactions and Linens N Love's mission. We decided to make a game called "Duck, Duck, Donate!" which encourages guests to participate in Linens N Love's mission.
Linens N Love's interactive activity was structured so that each visitor who stopped by our booth helps Linens N Love obtain pledges from the Comfort Inn and Suites Murrieta. Essentially, one pledge means that the Comfort Inn and Suites Murrieta will donate anywhere from 5 to 20 linens, depending on the duck that the participant catches. My team and I set up a kiddie pool full of assorted rubber duckies. Each rubber ducky had a designated number written on it which represented the number of linens that the participant helped the hotel pledge.
Besides sharpening my networking skills and accumulating a total of 500 linens pledges, I spread the mission of Linens N Love to countless children, employees, managers, and families!
